Conditions for the use of the Consignments.

These general conditions must be consulted before purchasing the services. By making a purchase, the User declares that:

- You have read, understand and accept the above.

- That he/she is of legal age and has sufficient capacity to contract.

- That it assumes all the obligations set forth herein.

If any anomaly or fraud is suspected or detected, FEEL FREE reserves the right to cancel the transaction for security reasons.

 

SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF THE FEEL FREE LOCKER SERVICE:

 

  • Opening hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. every day including Sundays and public holidays.

 

  • The customer is responsible for the contents of the luggage left on the premises. It is not permitted to store products or objects that are prohibited by the laws, regulations and orders in force or that may endanger people on the premises. The storage of explosive and flammable chemical or toxic substances is not permitted.

 

  • Objects that are unsuitable for storage because they are dangerous, unsafe or due to their weight, dimensions, shape or nature, or those that are fragile or perishable, are not permitted.

 

  • There are two types of storage: lockers and storage. The lockers will be used for hand luggage (40cm x 55cm x 25cm) and the storage room for all suitcases that exceed these measurements and large objects, or for long stays.

 

  • It is the customer's responsibility to make sure before leaving that the luggage room is properly locked, that the luggage is properly closed and identified, that no valuable objects are left (Feel Free is not responsible for the loss of these objects), and that there are no animals in the luggage.

 

  • It is the customer's responsibility not to leave any identity document or document necessary for their journey in the luggage room.

 

  • In order to collect the luggage, it is necessary to show the ticket or the customer's identity document that appears on the ticket.

 

  • Any locker not released by 9.00 a.m. the following day, for which the booking extension procedure has not been carried out, will be emptied and the baggage stored in a secure space. Any luggage forgotten or left in the lockers will be destroyed after 5 days.

 

  • In case of shipment of a forgotten item, all costs are borne by the customer, paid in advance with a handling fee of 50 euros. Feel Free is in no way responsible for luggage that is stolen or damaged during the shipping process.

 

  • Feel Free is NOT obliged under any circumstances to open the facilities for the removal of luggage outside business hours. If it is possible to arrange for the customer to retrieve the luggage after hours, he/she will have to pay the sum of 100 euros for handling and transfer costs.

 

  • Under no circumstances will money be refunded if the customer wishes to collect their luggage before the scheduled collection date or time or cancel a booking.

 

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPD-GDD), we inform you that the data you provide us with are used for the purpose of being able to provide you with the contracted services. Once the relationship between the company and the client has ended, the data will be deleted within a maximum of one month. Feel Free undertakes to treat the personal data provided as confidential and not to communicate or transfer this information to third parties. We will inform you of the possibility of exercising your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition of your personal data by registered post, enclosing a copy of your ID card or passport, addressed to Justo SC, Carrer de Calabazas 14, Bajo.
